Jeremy had helped me find my previous flat in Belgravia and I asked him to help me find another property. He was as efficient as always and didn’t waste my time with properties that were not up to standard or didn’t meet my requirements. However, he more than added value in the negotiations as we acquired it for far less than my initial offer would have been. In addition, he handled the rather tricky seller and the agents so that the transaction progressed smoothly and I could focus on my various business interests.
