A Lovely Apartment in Holland Park

“Will it be possible to find such an apartment within our budget” asked my clients after they had given me their wish list.

My answer: “It is unlikely that we will find everything you want, but I should be able to find you an apartment that you will love”.

Their wish list included the following:

  • Kensington & Chelsea
  • Attractive building with good communal areas
  • 3 double bedrooms – one of which would be a study and “Peloton” room
  • Large entertaining space
  • High ceilings
  • Have its own outside space or ideally close to a park
  • In good condition or just requiring some cosmetic decorative work
  • Two bathrooms

The property we acquired had most of these points except for the high ceilings. However, my clients were willing to compromise on this point as the apartment is much bigger than they had hoped for and is not only within two minutes’ walk of a park but also has a lovely roof terrace with open views.

In addition, not only does it have three double bedrooms but there is also a study area, although this may be converted into a bar!
