Our English clients wanted a London pied-a-terre.
It needed to be reasonably close to his office.
But the key criteria were that it had to be somewhere fun, it needed to be in good condition and also very light.
I originally didn’t send them this property because I thought that it might be too central and busy. However, after our initial tour of properties, it became clear that “being in the thick of it” was what they wanted.
