On the whole, I advise clients against buying in new developments.
In this instance, we were not buying from the developer and the previous owner had paid significantly more three years earlier.
And for my clients, the view over the Thames and the amazing terraces were more important than anything else as they wanted “wow” factor, which this certainly has (for more photographs – see below).
